Data Deletion Instructions

VIEW LLC, doing business as VIEW Social Productions ("VIEW"), takes data privacy seriously. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information VIEW holds about you, and how to revoke VIEW's access to your social accounts directly from each platform.

Option 1 — Request full deletion of your data

You can request VIEW to delete all personal information we hold about you, including any access tokens, content metadata, and reporting data tied to your accounts.

  1. Send an email to drew@viewsocialproductions.com from the email address associated with your engagement.
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include the business name and any social account handles you want covered by the request so we can identify the records.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records). When deletion is complete, we will email you a confirmation.

Option 2 — Revoke VIEW's access from the social platform

You can revoke VIEW's access to any connected social account directly from that platform's settings. This immediately invalidates the access token VIEW holds for that account.

Instagram & Facebook (Meta)

  1. Open Facebook in a browser and go to Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations (also reachable from Settings → Apps and Websites → Business Tool Access).
  2. Find VIEW Social Productions in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove and confirm.

TikTok

  1. In the TikTok app, go to Profile → ≡ (menu) → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
  2. Find VIEW Social Productions in the list of authorized apps.
  3. Tap Disconnect.

YouTube (Google)

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Find VIEW Social Productions under "Third-party apps with account access".
  3. Click the entry, then click Remove Access.

What gets deleted

We may retain anonymized, aggregated performance data that cannot be linked back to you, and records required by law (e.g., invoices) for the period required by applicable regulations.
